M&M’s Birthday Cake

When you say Birthday Cake it should be colorful (sprinkles), vanilla cake batter and buttercream icing. I was pretty excited to try this out. When I open the bag the sweet vanilla scent just burst out. I also notice that it only have three bright colors red, yellow and blue plus they look a little bit bigger than the ordinary milk chocolate M&M’s. Honestly I think it taste like frosting but not too sweet more on the milky side. I like it! Maybe I can use them for my baking adventures. My aunt bought this at Walmart USA. I feel like singing the song Birthday by Katy Perry :) Cheers!

Banana Cinnamon Loaf

image

I love eating banana bread when I was a kid and still never get tired of it. The adults will always say eat more because banana is rich in Potassium and good for the health. The good thing about baking your own banana loaf is that you can control the amount of sugar on it. I have to be honest I tasted some store bought banana loaf and it was super sweet. The sweetness overpower the banana flavor. Let me share to you my Banana Loaf recipe with a touch of cinnamon. My another Banana baking adventure.

The whole entire kitchen smell like banana while baking them. It was very moist on the inside. The cinnamon and banana flavor was a great combination. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect with a cup of coffee/tea. I individually wrapped the leftover and put them inside the fridge. Sometimes I toast them with butter the next day. Also perfect for special occasions just add pretty ribbons. Hope you like my simple banana baking. Till next time and more to come! Cheers and Cookies!

S’mores Mallow Pop

image

image

Hello dear readers! S’mores is one of my favorite treat every summer. I wanted to make a S’mores that is ready to eat and no need camp fire. Another easy and fun treat to make. Kids will enjoy and love making this one too. I’ll be sharing more ideas on making this treat next time. Let’s begin!

image

image

Ingredients:

  • Big Fluffy White Marshmallows
  • Teddy Grahams Chocolate Chips
  • Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate or Candy Melt
  • Cookie Sticks
  • Twists and Wraps

Procedures:

image

  • Melt some white chocolate on the microwave. Dipped the cookie stick on the melted chocolate and  insert into the bottom part of each marshmallows. Let it dry completely.

image

  • Melt the semi sweet chocolate until smooth. After cooling it down, dipped the marshmallow until well coated. Gently tap the stick on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.

image

  • Gently put the teddy graham. I used 3 in each mallow pop. Then sprinkle the crushed graham crackers. Shake a little bit to remove excess crushed graham. Set it aside or pop it in the fridge util the chocolate becomes hard.

image

image

  • Place them in a cellophane bag and tie it with a twist to secure. Store them in a air tight container.

image

The Teddy Graham made the treat look adorable and cute! Who needs camp fire when S’mores can be on to go. Melts in your mouth on each bite. Eat the right on the stick but don’t finish it all. This can also be good giveaways or treats for parties/holidays. I hope you like my food idea for today. Give it a try trust me you’ll gonna love it too. Till next time. Cheers!
